Business Support Officer 경영관리 (Finance Team)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing administrative and financial support, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business processes. This position requires strong Excel skills and an understanding of financial concepts to assist in data analysis and reporting.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
 

• Establishment of management plan and analysis and reporting of business performance
• Analysis and insight derivation of monthly sales performance, promotion performance, etc.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to streamline reporting and data analysis.
• Execute tasks to achieve management goals
• Support for other management tasks
   
• 경영계획 수립 및 경영성과 분석 및 보고
• 월별 영업실적, 프로모션 실적 등 분석 및 Insight 도출
• Excel기능 (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) 등 활용능력을 보유하신분
• 경영목표 달성을 위한 추진 과제 실행
• 기타 경영진의 과제성 업무 수행 지원

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
 

• Degree holder or equivalent;
• 2 years or above of relevant experience in travel retail industry;
• Hands-on experience in MS Office
• Self-starter with strong business acumen and result-oriented;
• Good organization and time management skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean
• Hong Kong permanent resident or Valid Visa Holder (Employment Visa / Dependant Visa)

• 4년제 정규대학 졸업이상
• 2년이상 Travel Retail 비지니스 경험 및경영관리 업무 경험 소지자 우선 채용
• MS 오피스 활용 가능
• 한국어 및 영어 가능
• 비지니스 분석 및 insight 도출, 개선 포인트 발굴 등분석역량 소지자 우대
• 영어와 한국어를 유창하게 구사하고 쓰기
• 홍콩 Permanent 비자 또는 유효 비자 소지자
