Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure remittance activities (such as processing of CHATS/TT, investigations, nostro reconciliation) are completed as per established procedures, policies and guidelines, within specified standards of quality, agreed service level and industry cut-off time
• Assist the department head to develop action plan to improve productivity and to make recommendations on modification of procedures and application of technology to enhance operational efficiency and minimize operational risk
• Supervise the risk management across teams in the department
• Perform the roles of Service Delivery Manager of 3rd party/ Intra-group Outsourcing for monitoring and managing the outsourced activities

Requirement

• University Graduate
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience with 3 years’ experience of people management
• Sound experience of banking operations and remittance processing
• Strong senses of risk controlling and management
• Self-motivated with strong analytical mind and creative thinking
