About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Food & Beverage Division in Hong Kong, the Sales Administrator is responsible to handles guest orders in a professional and courteous manner, maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. The Sales Administrator reports to the Cake Shop Manager.

As Sales Administrator - Cake Shop, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Handle email inquiries and online Shop orders in professional manner
• Input information into the CSOS system in the correct format
• Check all CSOS orders very carefully before sending confirmation to guests in order to ensure the input is correct
• Prepare Infrasys key form, price tag, tent card for new product
• Prepare CSOS key for new product
• Ensure all Cake Shop products information on online shop are in line with order form and are up-to-date.
• Ensure that communication with other departments, notably Finance, Culinary team, Pastry office and any other concerned department is maintained with information which pertains to them, including informing the Kitchen team of any special orders in advance
• Take orders from guests (by telephone) and record all the details clearly on paper for reference
• Keep all Cake Shop office clean and tidy at all times
• Perform any other reasonable duty as required by the department head from time to time

As Sales Administrator - Cake Shop, we expect from you:

• Secondary education or above
• Strong attention to details
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Good knowledge and skills of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to maintain sales figure and create presentations
