Strategically identify and map out new client and product opportunities across various sectors (e.g., Transaction Banking, Treasury, Debt Capital Markets), consistently reviewing pipelines to align with the bank’s strategic goals while balancing revenue growth and risk management.
Prepare compelling marketing pitches, proposals, and term sheets, ensuring accuracy and relevance in all credit applications submitted.
Provide comprehensive support in obtaining legal documentation clearance for trade execution, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update client overviews and account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
Monitor client profitability closely and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic and revenue targets effectively.
Develop a thorough understanding of all credit, transactional, and franchise risks to facilitate effective deal execution and implement robust risk mitigation processes.
Ensure the completion and review of KYC/CDD and related compliance processes adhere to regulatory and bank standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity.
Appropriately assess risks and exercise sound judgment in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.
Stay informed of industry best practices, market trends, and emerging developments to enhance service offerings and strategic positioning.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or marketing functions, preferably within the financial institutions sector.
Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments with strong self-motivation and resilience.
