Manager, Securities Services Support

Responsibilities:

• Supervise local and foreign markets: trade settlement, corporate action activities, stock deposit and withdrawal, IPO application
• Update SOP in accordance to workflow improvement
• Participate in User Acceptance Test
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
• Prepare month-end statistic report

Requirements:

 

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience in financial institution or stock broking firm with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level
• Good hands-on skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight deadline  
• Hands on experience in CCASS operation
• Understand regulatory requirement
