First Vice President, Commercial Credit Department

Responsibilities:
 

• Approve commercial credit applications 
• Independently perform credit assessment for Credit Committee’s approval
• Work with Commercial Banking Group in structuring complex credit facilitate package
• Assist Department Head to conduct industry analysis and credit portfolio reviews
• Assist Department Head to manage credit policies and guidelines
• Lead 1-2 credit managers
• Identify commercial customers with early warning signals and manage the early remedial process 
• Participate in different levels of credit committees and early warning meetings
• Attend client calls and factory visits
• Handle as hoc projects 

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines with at least 15 years’ relevant experiences in local commercial banking
• Familiar with trade finance, mortgage and property investment/development financing and FX products
• Experienced in financial statement analysis and financial projections
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Prior experiences in approval and/or credit facility structuring preferred
• Candidates with the seasoned relationship management background in commercial banking welcomed
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of “Vice President / Assistance Vice Present, Commercial Credit Department”
