Marketing Manager

Responsibility

• Developing and execute all aspects of Marketing programs in line with business objectives;
• Formulating and rolling out various online and offline marketing programs to generate new business opportunities;
• Developing and managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources;
• Lining up potential business partners and joint-promotion events to maximize the business potential;
• Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, KOL, and events;
• Optimizing our digital presence by leveraging effective digital marketing techniques and content marketing strategies;
• Working closely with frontline staffs and other departments to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives;
• Conducting location visits to support store teams with best practices, and effectively with visual merchandising to implement in-store marketing components.
• Conducting market research and prepare program analysis for further business development;
• Any other projects as assigned.

Requirement

• Degree holder in marketing, business, digital or a related discipline;
• Minimum 6 years of experience marketing, social media or related fields;
• Experience in F&B/ retail business will be an advantage;
• Good PC knowledge, familiar with MS Office, Excel, Google Analytics, Photoshop and PowerPoint;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
• Proactive, innovative, a highly motivated self-starter with good presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently and to work on multiple projects with tight schedule;
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
