Job Duties:

Manages BoC Pay App day-to-day activities associated with the overall success and growth
Develops and manages the external and internal marketing plans that support BoC Pay user and business growth and including user engagement optimization
Collaborates with internal teams by assisting with and providing strategy, direction and input towards the development of campaigns materials that support business growth
Plan & implement media engagement initiatives
Identifies, secures and/or negotiates marketing opportunities that increases and maintains the share of voice of BoC Pay
Cultivates, manages and contributes to the success of internal cross-functional teams and relationships within User/Merchant Growth, IT, Finance, Customer Segment, Legal, senior leadership and others
Proactively problem solves and enhances the user experience

Knowledge & Experience:

5+ years in marketing, media marketing, public relations & communications, project management and growth marketing
Experience in modeling and analyzing various KPIs
Excellent project management skills
Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative and multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to establish and build business relationships
