Responsible for formulating card product strategies, implementing marketing programmes to grow the card-in-force of Hang Seng credit cards and achieve other KPI of business targets
Manage the portfolio of credit cards to grow the card base and usage, as well as assist in the development of new product features to expand card portfolio and co-ordinate with internal departments to enhance customer experience
Maintain good relationship with external business parties required to build card value proposition such as joint promotion partners and card schemes to solicit their supports and explore new business opportunities
Manage effectively and efficiently on marketing budget and product financials
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum of 10 years’ of working experience in credit card product management with at least 3 years in managerial grade
Strong business acumen and numeric sense
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Great sense of ownership and ability to work independently with good problem solving skills
