Steward Cleaner (洗碗員)

We are looking for a Steward Cleaner (洗碗員) based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Steward Cleaner (洗碗員), we rely on you to:

• Clean dishes and kitchenware
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and restaurant
• Be responsible for maintenance, cleaning and sanitizing of utensils
• 清潔食具及廚具
• 保持餐廳及廚房整潔衛生
• 協助所有廚房設備及用具的保養維護及清潔消毒

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Hotel or F&B Industry
• Knowledge in operating dishwasher would be an advantage
• Good communication skills
• 1年相關工作經驗
• 懂操作洗碗機優先考慮
• 良好溝通技巧
