Human Resources Department (70%):
•
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions support including but not limited to Recruitment, Payroll Calculation, MPF Administration, Taxation, Labour Insurance, Attendance Record, Leave Management, Performance Management and Staff Relations.
•
Assist and support HR’s policies and procedures.
•
Assist front-line in the day-to-day operations.
•
Prepare HR reports.
•
Liaise with Manager on staff-related issues.
•
Implement HR projects and carry out any ad-hoc assignments as and when required. Administration Department (30%):
• Assist in procurement of Head Office equipment (such as, laptop, office supply, mobile phone etc.).
• Ensure smooth operation of administration systems (such as wifi network, phone and security system).
• Monitor and renewal all License, certificate of Business Register (Head office and outlets).
• Handling contract negotiation - renewal for equipment, maintenance, environmental and facilities management
• Assist in preparing reports and documentations, maintain proper filing and records, proof-reading for Management’s review; and ensure all relevant payments are duly settled.
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
