Administrative Assistant (Receptionist)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, postal matters, telephone calls and courier services
  • Provide office administrative support including meeting room arrangements, procurement and maintenance of office supplies, travel and hotel booking, filing and expenses claim
  • Coordinate with the cleaning company for monthly office cleaning arrangement and arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
  • Support in organizing company functions, staff activities, customer reception, and conference affairs
  • 5.5 days working week

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration / reception
  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
  • Excellent telephone manners with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Responsible, well-organized and independent
