Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Perform receptionist duties including greeting guests, postal matters, telephone calls and courier services
- Provide office administrative support including meeting room arrangements, procurement and maintenance of office supplies, travel and hotel booking, filing and expenses claim
- Coordinate with the cleaning company for monthly office cleaning arrangement and arrange maintenance works for office facilities and equipment
- Support in organizing company functions, staff activities, customer reception, and conference affairs
- 5.5 days working week
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administration / reception
- Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
- Excellent telephone manners with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in using MS Office, Word and Excel
- Responsible, well-organized and independent
