- F.5/DSE or above
- 2 years working experience in customer service field
- Handle general enquiry from customer and responsible for pier operation, ferry deployment and ad hoc issues at piers
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented & serving attitude in good manner
- 8 hours shift duty from 0600 hrs to 2400 hrs
