Working Hours
-Half Time:
25 hours a week (flexibly distributed from Monday to Saturday)
-Part Time:
4-8 hours per days, 3-6 days per week (flexibly distributed from Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities
1) Provide excellent customer services to customers by different channels such as email, instant messaging.
2) Assist customers in the online journey
3) Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to streamline daily operations, including maintaining and updating online platforms & social media platforms.
4) Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Skills
-Educational Background:
-Minimum of F.5 (HKDSE/HKCEE) or above, with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Personal Attributes:
-Self-motivated and proactive, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently.
-Be patient and strong attention to details and customer focus.
-Ability to multi-task effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Language Skills:
-Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Preferred Experience
-Prior experience in e-commerce, particularly with the Shopline platform, as well as in gaming, animates, hobbies, toys, multi-media design, digital marketing, or logistics is a distinct advantage.
-Proficient with web tools, such as AI, Canva, Filmora, Vllo, Pinterest….etc.
-Experience with social media platforms.

資格與技能
教育程度:
最低須有中五(HKDSE/ HKCEE)或以上,並具備2年以上相關客戶服務經驗。

-有耐性,能了解客人需要
-良好溝通技巧
適應性與效率:
能夠在動態快節奏的環境中有效地多任務處理。
語言能力:
良好的中英文書寫能力。

-具客戶服務或電子商貿或營運各社交平台經驗者優先
-以客為本,具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧
-熟悉電玩遊戲、動漫精品玩具、多媒體設計、數碼營銷或物流的經驗優先考慮
-能靈活運用各種網絡工具,如 AI人工智能、Canva、Filmora、Vllo、Pinterest等軟件有效率地工作。
