Cleaner / 清潔工人

FUNCTION

The job holder is responsible for general cleaning duties, including ensuring the cleanliness of flight related equipment, the cleanliness and tidiness of production area, office building and staff canteen.

負責一般清潔工作，包括確保航機用具之整潔，清潔公司廠房範圍及保持辦公室和飯堂整潔。 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Familiar with various types of detergents for cleaning, including the use of detergents/chemical application, the dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment operation.

熟習各項清潔劑進行清潔工作，包括使用化學劑進行清潔，洗碗碟機之操作及清潔用具之程序。

2. Responsible for cleaning up the production equipment of food waste and operate the “pot washer”.

負責清理鋼盤廚餘及操作「大煲機」清洗鋼盤。

3. Wash and sterilize airline equipment, modules and trolleys.

把所有之航機用具及餐車等清洗及消毒。

4. Arrange dirty dishes, bowls and trays from staff canteen to be washed, so as to maintain the cleanliness of staff canteen.

把飯堂之污穢碗碟及盤運送到洗滌部清洗，確保員工飯堂清潔。 

5. Load and unload the dishwashers.

負責把清洗之用具放置上及收回洗碗碟機上。 

6. Perform sorting of airline rejected items from soil dish conveyor.

負責由運輸帶抽出破爛之用具。

7. Perform cutlery sorting and arrangement.

將刀叉分類。

8. Collect rubbish from LSG building and move to the refuse bins, so as to maintain all toilets, staircases, lifts, offices, corridors clean and tidy.

收集廢物並移走到垃圾房，確保所有洗手間、樓梯、電梯、寫字樓及走廊之清潔。

9. Perform waxing of lifts, staircases, corridor and office regularly.

替電梯、樓梯、寫字樓及走廊進行打臘工作。  

10. Regularly sanitize all toilets by foam fun.

定期把所有洗手間消毒。

11. Top up, liquid soap and replenish toilet rolls.

補充梘液及更換廁紙等工作。

12. Clean dishwashing machines and their surrounding after each shift, so as to maintain the cleanliness of the working environment.

在每班完畢前清潔好洗碗碟機及週圍之地方，確保工作環境保持清潔。

13. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

負責其他由督導指派之工作。

WORKING HOURS

Shift duties, 9 hours a day and 6 days a week. Overtime is required as operational needs.

輪班工作，每天九小時及每週六天工作。按工作須要而需超時加班工作。    

REQUIREMENT

P.6 or above.
