FUNCTION
The job holder is to provide clerical support to the department and maintain efficient communication among departments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES
1. Perform routine clerical and documentation work to support the department.
2. Assist to monitor the performance of contractors supplying chemicals, maintenance service and pest control.
3. Assist to execute all the administrative process in department.
4. Prepare printout for staff roster and attendance record per department at timely basis.
5. Maintain staff attendance record in internal HR system and necessary reports at timely basis.
6. Collect and distribute HR related documents between operation and HR department.
7. Provide assistance of staff payroll clarification.
8. Prepare overtime, taxi allowance and holiday record.
9. Prepare Customs & Excise related document according to C&E compliance requirement.
10. Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
WORKING HOURS
hours a day and 5 days a week. Overtime is required as operational needs.
