Support Account Investigation Section and cross section support to all sections of the Department including but not limit to Bank Confirmation and Document Retrieval.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle account enquires and information requests from various solicitors, Accounting firms, and regulatory bodies
- Block / debit / close account for bankrupt / liquidation / tax recovery and issue cashier order as required
- Retrieve required account information / documents from various systems
- Ensure the administration, processing and operations of responsible job in compliance with established policies, guidelines and procedures
- Ensure all responsible cases can be completed within deadline
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties, review and update departmental operations manual / terminal guideline as assigned by supervisor
- Involve in projects and participation in UAT where required
Incumbent Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking operations
- Require broad knowledge of bank operations and customer requirements
- PC literacy is an advantage
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as an Assistant)
