Responsibilities:

Manage & implement debt recovery strategy for non-performing loans (NPLs)

Monitor the risk mitigation for deteriorated accounts, formulate credit recovery plans / actions, review credit collection policies & procedures

Assess and monitor ECL for credit portfolios, recommend remedial actions according to legal & regulatory requirements;

Keep track on regular credit monitoring reports, follow up credit analysis, process reporting recovery actions and resolutions for NPLs

Collaborate with internal business units, outside collection agencies, legal firms and liquidators for problem loans, handle enquiries and liaison with relevant stakeholders

Any ad hoc assignments/ projects as assigned
Requirements:

Degree holder or above with major in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Law or relevant disciplines

Minimum 5-7 years of experience from banking/ financial institution in commercial credit collection, debts recovery and special assets management

Good knowledge of banking corporate and retail products/services as well as the business, financial & market trends, legal and regulatory requirement

Strong analytical, excellent communication and negotiation skills

Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Risk Manager)
