Counter Service Officer / Teller (Retail Banking)

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and efficient counter services to customers
  • Deliver quality services
  • Cross sell the bank's various kind of services and products to customers
  • Administrative works as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Associate Degree / High Diploma or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E/ Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English and Mathematics in HKDSE / HKCEE
  • Minimum 1 year counter service experience
  • Mature with positive working attitude
  • Possess good communications and customer service skills

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Counter Service Officer.)
