Assistant Manager, Central Procurement (Financial Management Department)

Responsibilities

  • Assist to manage the procurement process for Bank facilities, service and/or IT equipment etc. in Group and Project levels
  • Assist in evaluation and selection of vendors and suppliers
  • Assist in tendering / contract and agreement negotiation with vendors and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with Group procurement regulations and guidelines
  • Keep accurate records of procurement activities
  • Collaborate with other departments and Influence relevant stakeholders effectively
  • Daily and monthly reporting


Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing procurement activities, experience in Information Technology company or handling technology product is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Logical thinking, strong legal sense, good analytical skill and well-organized
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
