Responsibilities
- Oversee the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and interest rate pricing governance.
- Develop FTP pricing rules and policy frameworks, define annual implementation plans, lead execution and oversight, and drive results application and performance evaluation.
- Construct and publish FTP pricing curves, design pricing methodologies and product rates, conduct dynamic adjustments based on business needs, and monitor and analyze FTP operational performance.
- Perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis of FTP implementation across business units and the Central Funding Unit (CFU), and formulate asset-liability management (ALM) strategies and optimization measures.
- Manage product interest rate pricing by establishing policies, strategies, and approval frameworks, and review transactions exceeding delegated pricing authorities for branches or departments.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with familiarity in the bank’s Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and interest rate pricing management practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with strong data analysis and report writing skills.
- Demonstrated sense of responsibility, execution capability, teamwork spirit, and proactive, innovative mindset.
- Problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command in both written and spoken Chinese(including Putonghua) and English.
