Works Supervisor - Building Services (CE/WS(BS)-KCH-2) 12 months

The Job:
The incumbent will be responsible for inspecting and dealing with all matters related to BS / E&M services installations and assist and support the Building Services Inspector in monitoring the site work progress and standard of workmanship of the BS / E&M installation works.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; or
• At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; or
• Completed a recognized Technician Apprenticeship in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; and
• Three (3) years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building service and E&M installations;
• Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3 standard
• Experience with ArchSD project is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
