工作職責

• 創建菜單款式、食譜和開發菜式
• 預備食材及烹煮膳食
• 確保食品質量達到要求的標準
• 與服務團隊和酒吧團隊緊密合作，確保日常運作順暢
• 確保食材新鮮，及庫存充足
• 制定每週工作更表
• 協助總廚為團隊提供在職培訓
• 處理廚房行政工作

Job description

• Develop and create menu items and recipes, innovating new dishes.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production.
• Ensure that food quality consistently meets established standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage and bar teams.
• Maintain freshness of ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
• Prepare and manage weekly work schedules.
• Identify training needs and assist in creating formal training programs.
• Provide support for kitchen administration tasks.

入職要求

• 最少6年相關工作經驗，並具有2年主管級別經驗。
• 具備餐飲或酒店管理證書更佳。
• 持有食環署衛生經理或主管證書。
• 具有良好的管理能力和團隊合作精神。
• 有上進心、負責任，具備處理多項任務的能力。
• 能操流利廣東話及英文。
• 懂操作電腦。

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certificate in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management is advantageous.
• Holder of FEHD Hygiene Manager or Supervisor certificate.
• Strong management skills with a proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in spoken Chinese and English.
• Knowledgeable in computer usage.
