We are looking for a talented kitchen staff for a crucial role in a professional kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily hot and cold food preparation and cooking assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the Restaurant.
- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
- Follow the assigned instructions and recommendations to complete the daily tasks.
- Put effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality,
- Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Good command of English and Chinese.
- Minimum 1-5 years relevant experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant, less experience will be considered as Demi / Commis Chef.
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies of food prep, receiving storage, and sanitation.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food processing methods.
- Creative and quality-oriented Team player, working hard, good interpersonal and communication skills.
