工作職責

• 預備菜單及烹煮膳食
• 監督廚房團隊，確保團隊須遵照公司食物安全衛生標準處理食材，及保持最佳食品質素
• 制定每週工作更表
• 確保整個工作區域時刻保持清潔和有序以及設備的正確使用
• 執行其他由主管委派的工作

Job description

• Prepare and plan menus and meals as required.
• Supervise kitchen teams to uphold food quality and safety standards, ensuring high-quality output.
• Manage and prepare weekly work schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the working area, ensuring proper use of equipment.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required by the supervisor

入職要求

• 具備餐飲/酒店管理證書更佳
• 8-10年相關工作經驗；具擔任主管級別經驗
• 靈活適應不同的工作地點
• 良好廣東話及簡單英語
• 懂操作電腦

Job Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, including a supervisory role.
• Certificate in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management is advantageous.
• Flexible and adaptable to various working locations.
• Basic command of spoken Chinese and fair proficiency in English.
• Knowledgeable in computer usage.
