工作職責
- 預備及烹煮西菜菜式
- 維持日常機場貴賓室廚房營運順暢及食物擺設完好
- 根據既定食譜和標準協助食品準備
- 保持廚房整潔,確保運作順暢及有效率
Job description
- Oversee all production functions and processes for Western cuisine.
- Maintain high standards in day-to-day operations at the Airport Lounge, including food presentation.
- Assist in food preparation according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of all surfaces.
入職要求
- 具備1至2年西餐烹飪經驗，曾於酒店或高級餐廳工作者優先考慮。
- 熟悉西式烹飪技術。
- 勤奮守時，禮貌周到，具責任感，並擁有良好的溝通及人際技巧。
- 具備良好的粵語能力，並有基本英語溝通能力。
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine.
- Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Cantonese, with fair English preferred.
