Senior Manager, Retail Credit Risk

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate, review and update credit risk policies on retail lending products according to the Bank’s risk appetite, market conditions, regulatory requirements and internal guideline.
• Liaise with business units in developing credit criteria for new business initiatives.
• Perform regular monitoring or ad hoc review on the lending portfolio to ensure risk commensurate with the Bank’s risk appetite.
• Participate in the credit system enhancement task and projects.

Job Requirements

• University degree in Risk Management, Statistics, Finance, Business Management, Economics or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant banking experience in credit risk management and credit operations.
• Self-motivated and strong analytical mindset.
• Good interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills.
• High proficiency in both English and Chinese.
