About the job
Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Pastry Kitchen in Hong Kong, the Commis I/II is responsible for to assist the Sous Chef with the daily working requirements and the smooth running of the operation and displayed as mandated by the Executive Pastry Chef in order to acquire maximum customer satisfaction and profitability. Commis I/II reports to the Executive Pastry Chef, Assistant Executive Pastry Chef or Sous Chef.
