- Co-ordinate with forwarders and warehouse team for stock planning and arranging for import shipment
- Perform import declaration in Tradelink System
- Check invoices from forwarders and payment preparation
- Documentation support of the import shipment
- Maintain the daily inventory balance checking with Services provider
- Monitor the daily EDI transaction with Services provider
- Perform ad hos duties as assigned
Requirements
- DSE/ Diploma or above
- 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience in Shipping & Logistics field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Tradelink System operation is preferred
- Able to work independently as well as a team member
- Working Location: Kwai Chung
- Working Day: 5.5 days per week
