Officer, Regulatory Compliance

Responsibilities:

• Provide compliance advisory services to general banking business and operation units
• Review and update policies and guidelines
• Prepare compliance training materials
• Assess the impact and conduct gap analysis of new or updated local laws and regulations on the Bank's operations and procedures
• Prepare management reporting materials
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management, Law or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of compliance experience
• Basic knowledge of local regulations, e.g. Banking Ordinance, Code of Banking Practice, Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, etc.
• Familiar with retail and commercial banking operations
• Responsible, detailed-mind, well-organized with good communication skills
