Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients offering expert advice and recommendations on mortgage and banking solutions to clients and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic objectives and risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with external partners, including real estate agencies and designated referral networks, to facilitate customer acquisition and retention.
- Serve as a mentor to junior mortgage specialists, fostering their development through coaching and support.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, providing insights to senior management to enhance product and service competitiveness.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in any field, with preference given to candidates holding degrees in insurance, banking, or finance.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience within the mortgage sector, either at a financial institution or brokerage firm.
- Possession of relevant certifications, including MPF, general insurance, and investments, along with adherence to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and a broad range of banking offerings, including general banking services, insurance, and investments.
- An independent worker with a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively collaborating across both front-line and internal departments.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in building relationships and networking within the industry.
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.
