What the role is?

Assist to develop long/short term incentive proposals to mgt based on company focus to reach company KPIs
Estimation and projection on contest initiatives and prepare incentive proposals
Budget planning on contest initiatives, monitor spending and update accrual amount & Forecast for each contests
Execute contest kick off and promotions to agency via different channels such as email, ppt, WhatsApp, P08 with message, promotion items/gifts, deco
Work closely with analytics team to ensure contest report feasibility and schedules of progress report for the agency
Assist in keeping track of agency report data for contest estimation
Prepare and update contest progress to P08
Contest promotion planning and execution to stir agency atmosphere and draw their attention
Monthly ranking promotion via WhatsApp/ P08/Email etc …
Prepare contest fulfillment to agency such as agency events, contest prize, agent payroll
Liaise with vendors to prepare contest prize/ promotion gifts
Explore trendy/hot items for contest planning
Conduct mobile app/ web testing on installation and function tests while necessary
Prepare conventions planning & Design (Long Haul & short Haul) on First Year Commission requirement, format, destination, budget allocation for Management consideration.
Liaise with various internal departments as well as the Agency Heads for the convention planning & Design
Prepare convention memo for convention plus frequent promotion such as gifts , videos, WhatsApp’s message, Email, promotional gimmick items etc…
Follow up on convention progress and boost agency business
Manage and coordinate for the agency Clubs & Awards manual and responsible for annual update to agency
Prepare and update C&A progress to P08
Work with analytics team to prepare AAP awards progress on P08
Work with event team on transfer of C&A qualifiers for events/trophies/recognition/cash as fulfillment
Assist in agency events and any ad hoc tasks as required

What we look for?

Degree holder
5-7 years’ relevant experience in Agency Marketing and Campaign Management
Excellent people handling skills
Well organized and details-oriented
Creative mind with strong business sense
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Manager
