Shop Supervisor – Fine Food Store 店舖督導 - 高級食品店

We are looking for a Shop Supervisor – Fine Food Store based at The Aberdeen Marina Club!

As a Shop Supervisor – Fine Food Store, we rely on you to:

• Assist the manager in the daily operation including cashier service, takeaway catering orders
  協助經理維持店舖日常運作，包括收銀服務，外賣訂單等

• Ensure the correctness of stock record and stock are in good condition
  確保庫存記錄的準確性，並確保庫存狀況良好

• Provide and maintain excellent customer service & relationship according to club standard
  提供保持優質的客戶服務及與客人建立良好關係

• Obtain customer feedback during operation to ensure guest satisfaction
  獲取客人反饋以確保客人滿意度

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum of 4 year’s relevant experience in Retail / Hospitality industry
  至少四年或以上於零售或酒店相關工作經驗

• Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  性格開朗，具有優秀的溝通和人際交往能力

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Processing and Excel)
  懂電腦操作 (Microsoft Office Word 及 Excel)

• Independent and able to work under pressure
  能夠獨立並在壓力下工作

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  良好的中文及英文和書寫能力
