Officer / Senior Officer - Settlement

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of all routine Treasury and Wealth Management product operational process.
• Execute management duties in effective and efficient methods.
• Communicate and coordinate with Taipei Head Office to report daily operations.
• Directly report to department head and supervise all team members.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above.
• Over 3 years of working experience in processing Treasury Settlement and Wealth Management Operation.
• Well knowledge on Treasury & Wealth Management product settlement. (Ex. Bond, FX, FX Swap, Option, Equity etc.)
• Familiar with relative rules and practice of HKAB / HKMA.
• Proficient on the operation of SWIFT (Swift ISO 20022) and RTGS.
• Good management and communication skills for external and internal parties.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel as well as Chinese Word Processing.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
