Reporting to the Senior Manager of I.T Support Department, you will be responsible for
Responsibilities:

Contribute to the project life cycle, in the stage of infrastructure design,

Provide technical support and guidance on the use of common systems for end users.

Follow up daily systems health check.
-
Administration and maintenance for user right of client systems.
-
Troubleshoot with the infrastructure team for the front, middle and back-end systems of securities and futures.
-
Arrange of user testing before the system launch.
-
Electronic fixed asset management.
-
Vendor billing management.
Requirements:
-
Tertiary educated with majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support including network administration work and system operations.

Hands-on experience in Microsoft products and operation system.
-
Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Strong problem-solving skills.
-
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
-
Experience in finance and banking industry would be an advantage.
-
Solid experience in HKEX issue is highly preferred.
-
With more experience would be considered as leader of support team.
