IT Technical Support

Reporting to the Senior Manager of I.T Support Department, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the project life cycle, in the stage of infrastructure design,
• Provide technical support and guidance on the use of common systems for end users.
• Follow up daily systems health check.
• Administration and maintenance for user right of client systems.
• Troubleshoot with the infrastructure team for the front, middle and back-end systems of securities and futures.
• Arrange of user testing before the system launch.
• Electronic fixed asset management.
• Vendor billing management.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated with majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support including network administration work and system operations.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft products and operation system.
• Independent, self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
• Experience in finance and banking industry would be an advantage.
• Solid experience in HKEX issue is highly preferred.
• With more experience would be considered as leader of support team.
