Responsibilities

  • Supervise and delegate subordinates for mis-en-place preparation, table set-ups and the proper handling of equipment
  • Perform side duties assigned by Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager upon requests

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Over 3 year’s Hotel F&B Service and with 2 years in similar capacity
  • Formal training in Hotel F&B Service
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Waiter / Waitress
