Responsibilities
- Customer Data Strategy: Oversee the Group’s customer data strategy to ensure data integrity, security, and effective use, enhancing customer experience, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive customer data strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce policies and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Data Management: Manage the collection, storage, and analysis of customer data to ensure accessibility across departments.
- Insights and Analytics: Drive insights from customer data that inform marketing strategies, product development, and customer service improvements.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and internal policies on customer data privacy and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of customer data.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement processes for continuous monitoring and improvement of data quality and accuracy.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to leverage customer data for enhancing customer engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder or above in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data management tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, CRM systems).
- Proven experience with customer analytics and CRM software.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills enabling effective collaboration across teams.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
