Assistant Manager, SME Loan Acquisition

Reporting to Head of Business Banking Acquistion, you will provide middle level sales supporting within the Business Banking unit to meet the business needs and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support on operations to the SME Loan team, including but not limited to pre-application background search, site-visit, documentation follow-up
• Communicating both internally and externally to ensure smooth operation
• Assist the Head of Business Banking in consolidating data for business-related report
• Handling customer enquiries regarding SME loan in a professional way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Incumbent Requirements:

• Diploma or above in business relate disciplines preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales supporting, experience in banking advantageous.
• Good understanding in banking products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with good teamwork spirit.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
