YOUR DAY TO DAY
Manage the daily operations and all aspects of Regent Experience team to deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
- Assist the Manager to oversee the daily operation of Regent Experience Team, strive for service excellence by continually improve the guest arrival and departure experience in accordance with brand service standards
- Anticipate guests’ service needs, resolve escalated guests’ complaints; address potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues and business flow
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival and make time to interact effectively with guests. Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
- Monitor room reservation and guest room inventory, prepare forecasts and reports and assist in the development of the room's budget
- Monitor and manage team performance by providing supervision and professional development, counselling and coaching
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, or related field
- 3+ years’ related luxury experience
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is preferred
