Logistics & Warehouse Officer物流及倉務員

Responsibilities:

• Responsible of logistics, warehousing, inventory control, maintain quality and timely service support to company’s daily operations
• Assist in directing and controlling the warehouse activities
• To handle internal customers’ inquiries and suggest appropriate solution to fulfill their needs, act as problem shooter to resolve issue in efficient way & initiative for cost saving project
• Monitor and closely follow up order and production status with supplier
• Coordinate oversea transportation including ocean (80%) and air (20%) freight arrangement
• Manage full set I/E shipping documents and customs declaration (Trade link)
• Prepare various report for regular operation review and analysis
• Perform yearly stock-take
• Responsible for maintenance and repair work at various company locations
• Perform general technician duties, including routine maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper operation and carry out emergency repairs when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

 工作職責:

• 負責公司各地點日常營運，外出送貨、庫存管理、盤點、整理貨倉、維持質量
• 協助指導和控制倉庫活動
• 處理內部客戶的查詢，並建議適當的解決方案以滿足其需求，擔任問題解決者以高效解決問題，並主動參與成本節約項目
• 監控並緊密跟進與供應商的訂單及生產狀態
• 協調海外運輸，包括海運 (80%) 和空運 (20%) 安排
• 處理全套進出口文件及報關手續（貿易通）
• 編制各類報告以供日常運營檢討及分析
• 進行年度盤點
• 負責公司各地點的各項維修及保養事宜
• 一般技工工作，執行日常保養及維修
• 定期檢查各項裝置，以確保操作正常，並於需要時進行緊急搶修
• 完成管理層指派的其他臨時工作

Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience in logistics or warehousing, preferably with exposure in retail industry
• Good planning, organization and negotiation skills
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal skills, responsible, self-motivated, hard-working, able to work independently
• Strong numerical sense & logistics thinking
• Proficiency in MS Excel, basic PC knowledge
• Immediate available is preferred
