Contract Staff – Call Centre (Agency Contractor)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customer hotline for general banking services
  • Ensure all customers' enquiries are handled strictly in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc assignments
  • Contract period : 1- 3 months (Full time work)

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Banking experience with customer service experience from retail branches / call centre is preferred
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
  • Willing to work on shift duty
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
