Contract Staff – Call Centre (Agency Contractor)

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customer hotline for general banking services
- Ensure all customers' enquiries are handled strictly in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and procedures
- Perform ad hoc assignments
- Contract period : 1- 3 months (Full time work)
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- Banking experience with customer service experience from retail branches / call centre is preferred
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
- Willing to work on shift duty
- Immediate available will be an advantage
