AVP/VP, Local Segment Management (Retail Banking Department)

Responsibilities
Develop marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract and acquire customers within the segment
Adopt technologies to identify business opportunities, develop marketing and tactical campaign and create value for customers, employees and other stakeholders
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the segment's performance, such as customer acquisition, retention, revenue and profitability
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
Collaborate with various teams within the organization, such as sales, operations, customer service and technology, to ensure seamless delivery
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while mitigating risks associated with the assigned segment's operations
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences and potential growth opportunities within the segment
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
Minimum 8 years relevant banking experience in relevant sector is preferable
Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services, digital banking technologies and market trends
Familiar with customer segmentation strategies and marketing principles
Pleasant and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, digital banking technologies and market trends
Able to analyze market data, customer insights and performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
A team lead with good initiatives & assertiveness
Detailed-oriented, organized, independent and able to work under pressure
