R&M Supervisor (E&M / Building Services)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in managing and supervising the routine maintenance & repairs works of the Club
• Closely monitor the progress and quality of onsite works as delivered by contractors
• Enforce the work safety in accordance with statutory requirements
• Assist in pre-tendering arrangement
• Lead a team of Electrical Technicians, Handyman & Painter
• Shift Duties (No overnight shift)

Requirements

• 10 years' relevant experience in Hotel / Club / Properties Environment
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade B
• Diploma / Certificate in E&M / Electrical Engineering / Building Services
