Sales Manager - Insurance Operations Department

Responsibilities:

• Understand the clients financial needs and suggest suitable insurance products;
• Formulate sales strategies and business plans to grow insurance business and revenue;
• Design and drive insurance business promotions / tactical program;
• Provide support to direct customers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
• Handle enquiries from regulators;
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law, Business, Finance or other related fields;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in general insurance (less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager);
• IIQE Paper I & III are required. Possess relevant insurance professional qualifications;
• Knowledge of general insurance operations, distribution channels and their related regulatory requirements;
• Good product knowledge in Group medical, life business & MPF;
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent in presentation skill and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
