Sales & Relationship Manager

The candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the team to drive the group’s business. He/she will formulate and implement business strategies, work flows, systems and action plans to explore new business opportunities and improve client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
• Around 5 years’ work experience in client relationship management in financial institutions in the PRC, exposure in administration, work flows and policy and procedures development highly preferred;
• Well familiar with the cultural and business environment in the PRC;
• Possess a good network and relationships with the potential clients (especially high network individuals), business counterparts, bankers and government bodies in the PRC;
• Must have excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Native in Mandarin.
