Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and efficient counter services to customers
- Deliver quality services
- Cross sell the bank's various kind of services and products to customers
- Administrative works as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Associate Degree / High Diploma or above, with at least 5 subjects at Grade E/ Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English and Mathematics in HKDSE / HKCEE
- Minimum 1 year counter service experience
- Mature with positive working attitude
- Possess good communications and customer service skills
(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Counter Service Officer.)
