Assistant Manager, Central Procurement (Financial Management Department)

Responsibilities
Assist to manage the procurement process for Bank facilities, service and/or IT equipment etc. in Group and Project levels
Assist in evaluation and selection of vendors and suppliers
Assist in tendering / contract and agreement negotiation with vendors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with Group procurement regulations and guidelines
Keep accurate records of procurement activities
Collaborate with other departments and Influence relevant stakeholders effectively
Daily and monthly reporting
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in managing procurement activities, experience in Information Technology company or handling technology product is an advantage
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Logical thinking, strong legal sense, good analytical skill and well-organized
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
