Associate Officer - Club & Golf Administration (5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of golf events & club activities
  • Provide administrative support for Golf Operations department
  • Prepare monthly report for management
  • Handle club members’ inquiries and requests with high service standard
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Associate Manager – Club & Golf Administration

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • 2 - 4 years working experience preferable in administration or golf club
  • Knowledge in membership policy, operation procedures, POS system is preferred
  • Initiative, willing to learn and good problem-solving skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
