Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about our services and products.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a pleasant experience for all clients.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.
  • Passion for beauty and wellness is a plus!
