Major Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries, requests and complaints via phone/ Live Chat about the credit card & loan products
  • Provide coaching and training to teammates to enhance their skills and job knowledge
  • Prepare performance report/ KPI measurement
  • Perform regular review on routine procedures for improvement/ streamlining opportunities and recommend enhancements relating to systems/ workflows

Requirement:

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 3* years of relevant experience in the credit card industry, preferably with supervisory experience*
  • Proficient in Chinese typing
  • Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
  • Shift basis (morning shift and night shift) with requirement to work on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays
